How to place an order?
  • Click on the image of your desired product. This will take you to the product page.
  • Click on the Size you wish to purchase. Size guides are uploaded with every product for your convenience.
  • Click on Add to Cart
  • You will get a selection box. Click on Continue Shopping if you wish to buy more products or View Cart if you wish to proceed to checkout.
  • View your cart and click on Proceed to Checkout
  • Enter your details, choose your payment and click on Place Order. Your order number will appear on your screen. Your order is now confirmed.
How to choose the right size?

We have uploaded a size chart in each and every product page. We highly recommend you to follow these Size Guides to get the best fitting size.

What are the payment options available?

We accept all major credit & debit cards, bank transfers payments.

How long does it take to deliver my package?

Deliveries will usually take 1-4 weeks.

Deliveries are handled by third party courier services. Delivery times mentioned may vary according to availability of stocks & scheduling of deliveries by the courier services.

How secure is your website?

We host our website in a world-class hosting environment and take all the necessary precautions to make sure that your information is 100% secure. We don’t sell, share or giveaway any of our contacts nor any other sensitive information.

What if I have ordered wrong size?

No problem. We can have it exchanged for you. Simply inform us within 7 days from the delivery date and we will assist you with return process.

How can I return items?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request for an exchange or a refund within 7 days from the date delivered.

  • Items must be neatly packed and ready securely in the re-sealable package you received them in.
  • Invoice should also be included inside the package.
  • Items must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
  • Items must have all tags attached.

Package must be returned to the following address for an exchange or a refund.

Exchanges will be processed immediately after the inspection of items returned. In most cases your requirement will be dispatched on the same day or next day provided the stocks are available. A flat rate delivery charge may apply.

Refunds will also be processed after inspection of returned items. Total value of the items purchased will be refunded except delivery charges. Transfers can be made to any nominated bank by you. A notification with proof will be sent when the transfer is been made. This usually takes 3-7 working days upon receiving the returned package.

If any returns do not meet policy requirements, the items will be sent back to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
